All Pandora apparel is made to order.

Orders normally require approximately 2–5 business days for production before dispatch. Delivery time is additional and may vary depending on destination, courier availability and seasonal demand.

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact pandoraclub.shop@outlook.com promptly so that we can investigate.

Delivery dates shown are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Where no different delivery period has been agreed, applicable UK statutory delivery requirements apply.

Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Returns

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you’re happy with your Pandora order. If you need to return an item or report a problem, please contact us first at pandoraclub.shop@outlook.com.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

For standard, non-personalised products purchased online, you may normally cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the item.

Please contact pandoraclub.shop@outlook.com before sending anything back so that we can provide the correct return instructions.

Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer without contacting us first.

Returned items should be unworn, unwashed and in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection. You may try an item on in the same way you reasonably would in a shop.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless we tell you otherwise.

Once the returned goods are received, or you provide appropriate evidence that they have been returned, we will issue any refund due within the applicable statutory period.

Where required by law, your refund will also include the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional costs for upgraded or express delivery are not refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect or otherwise not as described, please contact pandoraclub.shop@outlook.com as soon as possible.

Please include:
• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photographs showing the problem where applicable

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy.

You will not be required to pay return postage where the goods are faulty, incorrect or not as described where applicable under your statutory rights.

WRONG SIZE

Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

If you order the wrong size and the garment itself is not faulty, this will normally be treated as a change-of-mind return and the usual return conditions above will apply.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
